It’s so excited for me to write a post about reviewing adult anime figure while the first figure I chose is Musha-Miko Tomoe 2P Color Ver. 1/6 Cast-off Figure. The excitement of me comes from two areas. First is no doubt the nudity figure itself with playable cast-off functions and second is the relevant anime series, Queen’s Blade, which wholly used pretty and sexy female as main characters throughout the series. So attractive right? I will go a bit further for the anime series in the following paragraph but now, I want to say that among the many sexy female characters, Tomoe should be the only one, I believe, who carries traditional Japanese style. This is why I am interested on her and decided to write something for her cast-off figure. Let’s take a look on the generic information of this cast-off anime figure first and be reminded, this upcoming new figure will be released in May 2020.
Anime Series Overview
The Queen’s Blade anime series was derived from the visual combat books of the same name and had been released three TV seasons and three OVA series. Each TV seasons has 12 episodes while 6 per each OVA series. It is a Japanese adult erotic anime exclusively beautiful and sexy female as major characters. The overall story revolves a tournament named “Queen’s Blade” being held every four years to determine a most beautiful and powerful Queen.
The first two seasons of TV anime series, namely “Queen’s Blade: Wandering Warrior” and “Queen’s Blade: Successor to the Throne”, was premiered in Japan in the first & second half of 2009 respectively.
In between the second and the third TV seasons, the Queen’s Blade had been released as the OVA series which included “Queen’s Blade: Beautiful Fighters” from 2010 to 2011, “Let’s Get Everyone♥Great Rampage at Gynos Academy” and “Let’s Show♥Great Rampage at Gynos Academy” from 2011 to 2012.
With the prologue of “Queen’s Blade: Beautiful Fighters”, the third season of TV anime series, namely “Queen’s Blade: Rebellion”, was released in 2012. In the next year, an unorthodox OVA series was released, namely “Queen’s Blade: Vanquished Queens”. Thereafter, other unorthodox OVA series like commemorating the 10th anniversary of the visual combat books to produce “Queen’s Blade: Grimoire” in 2016 and announcing to restart the series to produce “Queen’s Blade Unlimited” in 2018.
As this anime series has a long history, I tried to put it by timeline for your easy reference.

Queen’s Blade has 19 pretty & sexy female characters in total where, as I have mentioned-above, Musha-Miko Tomoe should be the only one who wear traditional Japanese shrine maiden costume. She is a warrior priestess armed with the sacred katana Kuchinawa but also a person of very kind and cuteness young girl. As an erotic action anime, Tomoe often exposes her 34-22-33 glamorous body figure regardless clothes shred due to fight or undress due to be humiliated. Let’s see how the anime figure reappears her characteristics in the reality.
Sculpting Work
In general, bikini anime figures are comparatively less sculpting work as they are nearly wearing nothing and fewer layers but this player 2 color version cast-off figure for Tomoe is not the same. This figure provides 3 different costumes and each of it shows the high-level sculpting abilities.
Typical Shrine Maiden Costume Style Bikini
This is the standard costume for this figure requiring the most sculpting steps, where one of the reasons should be her katana. You can see the details from the pattern of the handle and scabbard of her katana. The red rope across her breast fastens the scabbard at her back and a knot at her shoulder.
From her shrine maiden style bikini, you can clearly find the details of butterfly knot at her breast front as well as both sides of her hip and also the cloth texture from the back of her buttocks.
Off topic, the bikini bottom with extremely low waist design almost exposed half of her buttocks. Very sexy right? Haha!
Bandages wrapped Breast with a Mokko Fundoshi Y-back Sexy Thong
On this costume, honestly, the focus should be on her Mokko Fundoshi Y-back sexy thong more than the breast bandages instead. The bandages of course are well sculpted and in detailed. Obviously, the slightly raised nipples of Tomoe seem further be highlighted when contrast to shrine maiden style bikini top.
Back to the focus of this costume, what is Mokko Fundoshi? From Wikipedia
“Fundoshi is the traditional Japanese undergarment for adult males.”
Recently, it has gotten a modern makeover that wined over the hearts of many Japanese female, while Mokko Fundoshi is one of the types of Fundoshi, which is fairly similar to string bikini bottom but only tie the strings on one side of the hip.
This traditional and modern combination is not exactly Miko Tomoe? The sculptor thoughtfully carved Mokko Fundoshi on this figure and also enhanced its sexiness with Y-string thong to distinct it from normal type of bikini bottom. You would admire its work if you know background of the sculpting.
Translucent Soft Towel covered Nude Body-front
If bikini or bandages wrap breast costume is too standard for you, the last form before totally nude should be your favor. This version only uses a translucent soft towel cover the nude body-front and pussy of Tomoe. The sculpting is very smooth that give out the feeling of real soft and light towel. If it can be smaller and higher translucency, temptation should be bigger, I think. Ha!
Paintwork
Regardless how well you know about traditional Japanese shrine maiden costume, you should know red edge on white should be the standard color for Tomoe. However, this anime figure is a player 2 version, that is violet. Although it is not as sharp as red color, violet give out more tempt feeling! The paintwork on her katana is surely detailed but the bandages top, Mokko Fundoshi thong and translucent towel changed to pink makes Tomoe more feminine. As a whole, the paintwork for this 2P color version is more attractive.
Posture
The posture of this figure is directly followed the original artwork of bikini Tomoe who pushed up her breast by her arm and let her nipples raised a little bit and showed a slightly embarrassing expression. Reviewing the posture of the figure, it nearly perfectly reappeared the soul of artwork, right?
Appearance
As mentioned, this figure provides 3 different display costumes. Each change of costume let Tomoe wear lesser and finally wear nothing in front of you. Let’s recap Tomoe has typical shrine maiden costume style bikini appearance, which is already distinct from other general bikini figures. The bandages wrapped breast and Mokko Fundoshi sexy thong does not only one of the forms of Tomoe in the series but also brings out the variation of modernization of traditional Fundoshi from reality. The final costume of just a translucent towel covered nude body-front is a non-resistance temptation for you to take it off enjoying her gourd-like curvy fascinating nude body figure. This way of presenting distinctive appearances increase the playability and the value of appreciation of the cast-off adult anime figure. Each appearance is very attractive!
Overall Comment
“Make the Ordinary Becomes Extraordinary!” is my words for this figure.
Musha-Miko Tomoe 2P color version figure should be categorized as bikini type figure. Although clothes can be taken off, this type of figure is very ordinary in the market. However, this figure comes from the only one character in the erotic anime series “Queen’s Blade” who exudes traditional Japanese girl style. Meanwhile, in order to make it distinct from ordinary bikini figures, the manufacturer and sculptor additionally designed 2 more independent but meaningful costumes for Tomoe, which increase the temptation of collectors to make it nude. The change of pink color is no doubt more attractive and match with her slightly embarrassing expression. All of these let the figure becomes extraordinary.
