Product Description

Altria Pendragon: Racing Ver. 1/7 Scale Figure is an upcoming new product of Good Smile Company. The manufacturer, GOODSMILE RACING & TYPE-MOON RACING, is going to release it in April 2021. You may not sure who is Altria Pendragon. As an alternative, you can simply rename this figure to Saber racing version because Altria Pendragon is real name of Saber. Regardless how to say the figure, it’s better to go through what is the distinctive of it now.

Originally, Altria Pendragon: Racing Ver. is illustrated by Takashi Takeuchi. Sculptor, Takayuki Kawahara, perfectly recreated it in 1/7 scale figure form. First of all, it cannot not to take a look on the special design costume of this figure. The sporty racing suit of Altria Pendragon features varied orange and white colors. But the focus should be the spear-like parasol and shining white armor. It is because it remained the major characteristics of the king of knights – Saber. The mix & match between racing suit & swordsman is perfectly combined into one.

Besides sculpting, Takayuki Kawahara is also responsible for the complicated paintwork of this figure. You can see the yellow lines running through every parts of her racing suit and, the racing team logos on her breasts. Also, can you see Good Smile Racing and Type-moon Racing logos? They are finely painted on her neck armor. So smart!

As a whole, Altria Pendragon: Racing Ver. 1/7 Scale Figure is well designed product. It gives out both style of a swordsman and charm of a racing girl. You cannot resist not to collect it even you are not the fans of Saber, right?
